I’ve gotten ALL packages that were said to be delivered at “this time, this day” and the service is very good....and maybe even speedy if you get lucky!
Our local post person is very Rudd. I was waiting for storm cleanup personnel to allow me to drive around him and the postal person came up to my truck and got in my face (without a mask) he starts going off about how he was in a hurry and I needed to pull over and let him go around. There was no room to go around the storm cleanup and other vhehicals were also waiting on the other side to pass as well. He became almost violent as soon as he walked up. I don’t know what is problem is but if he doesn’t like his job maybe he should find another.
Did a tracking on a package that says it was on route then an hour later available for pick up. Confused bc this was suppose to be delivered to my home and concerned bc it's live animals. No notice in my box to pick up and no delivery. It's Saturday, they are closed and of not delivered at some point today it's putting my package at risk.
This is one of the best post office in the area, the employees are so friendly and nice. They do such an awesome job with the customers.
Package has been out for delivery since 8:45am, its 2:30 in the afternoon and still absolutely nothing. This is a constant problem with these people. It doesn't take five hours to drive through robertsdale. Are you on foot?? What are you doing that it takes over five hours to make it ten minutes down the road?
