February 26, 2021 (2:30pm) The gentleman working behind the counter today with two ladies carried on one transaction after another in the rudest demeanor, tone and manner. There was an elderly woman in front of me working with him at the counter and I stopped counting the number of time he rolled his eyes at her or gave her a death stare. He’s condescending and arrogant and appeared to be taking out his frustration on every customer. Unacceptable. We appreciate your service and may not understand what you go through on a daily basis but treat the customers with respect.
This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. We live in Spanish Fort. Our mail is delivered to other houses in our subdivision. I never use them to mail or receive packages because we have had packages from them that were never delivered. Today I spoke with a female there because it said a package was delivered. She took my number and never called me back. They are useless here. Don't care at all about their jobs.
Mrs. Lisa (I think that was her name) and the other postal workers are absolutely outstanding. Today, I had a package lost and Mrs. Lisa found my package and drove it to my apt. after hours and called me from her home to make sure I got it. This is going beyond the call of duty! I live in Spanish Fort and my mail doesn't arrive to my house until 3 or 4 weeks after it was sent. I am so fed up with this terrible service. I have no trust in my carrier, I receive other people's packages and mail all the time. Is it up to me to take it to the correct address? Well if the mail carrier is delivering other people's mail to my address it stands to reason he may be delivering my mail to the wrong address too. So how can I rely on such terrible service? Not happy at all!
I’m not too happy with the mail carrier in my area not taking packages with them. They mark them as undeliverable before leaving to deliver mail. But I’m appreciative of the people here are very helpful and go out of their way to get an answer for me.
