I had a package go missing. But the supervisor was quick to help and eventually located the package.nnI appreciate everything the USPS does for us. Especially with the insanely increased demand due to Covid.
My package was delivered to a random address in this city by this post office. I LIVE IN AUGUSTA GA. NOT KENTUCKY. What in the bleep is wrong with y’all’s workers?

I never thought I'd be posting a review on a post office but here I am! Today I had 3 packages delivered to my apartment in which stated they were left in the parcel locker. When I went to retrieve the key to get in to the locker wasn't there. I called the post office and spoke to Jeremy who took my information and drove to my apartment complex to check out the issue. Not but 30/45 minutes later (possibly sooner)Jeremy was at my door with packages in hand and mentioned the key was left in the wrong mailbox. It happens, totally understand! Being from Orlando, FL I can say that if this happened there I would of been SOL, they would of never taken the time to do what Jeremy did. With that being said, I give this location an applause. Thank you so much for making a panicky moment resolve with positive closure.
The mail lady goes through my neighborhood multiple times a day so if a package is supposed to be delivered by 11am, it really doesn’t get there til the second time she comes at 4pm even if the tracking says it’s been out for delivery since 7am. Ridiculous. Never get my important packages on time. If you call the 859 number for the post office instead of the 1800 number they will just hang up on you when you say hello or not even answer.
