The staff at the actual post office are wonderful and polite. However a need for higher accountability for mail carriers!!! 5 times in 2 months I have had to hunt down packages delivered to someone else on Alta Drive!!!! I'm rarely home before the post office closes. So its NEVER a surprise when I get a notification of delivery and 6 o'clock in the evening I'm hunting down my package. :((((((nI understand we human but good grief this is just Too Much!!
Typical post office. I've had a lot of problems with substitute mail carriers vandalizing my mail box. There writing my house number on my box. The problem is I spent several hundreds of dollars on my mail box set up. I've talked to the post master about this and still I'm having the same problem.
