After the new post master took over this post office turned into a sinking ship, onA key employee who I believe was holding the place together retired, the show started. I have never been this frustrated with shipping companies, their will probably be a 30 minute line, and 1 person working the desk. The 1 star is for the new postmaster not acting like people are intelligent and you reap what you sew. Drive the extra couple miles to go to any other usps
Tracking info showed my packages were at Quitman post office. Postmaster said no. Had to get a refund from Amazon. Watch your back when dealing with this post office. They are lazy and they lie.
All i wanted today was a small money order and 3 stamps. Their internet was down so they cant do anything. How pathetic that the USPO cannot even sell you a stamp without the internet. Remember when it was done without the internet, how about having a plan B folks.
Great staff AT the post office...the lazy msil carriers are a different story! My mail is consistently blowing in the wind or sopping wet due to their inability to CLOSE the msil box...have brought this to their attention several times
As a small online business, I do a lot of mailing thru our local post office. The clerks are always friendly, I never have to wait too long, and they are efficient. Never lost a package or had a problem...better rates than UPS or FEDEX, especially on smaller items like I deal with.
