I initially left 1 star because of a miscommunication regarding a time sensitive overnight ups package that didn’t go out for several days. However, the store reached out and did what was possible to make it right including reimbursing me for the contents of the delayed package. They exceeded my expectations in trying to rectify the situation which I really appreciate. This business clearly cares about doing right by their customers.
Fantastic rates, terrific service and the best location. What's not to like?
