New clerk Melissa is going to save us all. Had a package that tracked as delivered close to two weeks prior but no package/claim card/key was in my box. Melissa took my name and phone number and said she'd contact me the next business day. (The last time this happened, that clerk kindly advised that it was on me to visit within a few days of delivery to ensure pick up). For the first time ever from this location, received a call back. Bonus? Package was found.
Today I had a great experience. The Asian women working the counter was absolutely incredible. She was fast diligent, knowledgeable and overall a great representation of what a government employee should be.
The people working this first Saturday morning of Oct 2020 were very kind and helpful. An atmosphere of calm and friendly professionalism. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.
Why is Melissa (Postal Clerk) rude to everyone? Customer service is lost here and I witnessed unacceptable encounters from Melissa with other customers while I was there today.
This place is always fast. Great staff. I’m sorry I’m reading all these bad reviews and I completely disagree. They have friendly ladies who work at the counter and you never have to wait more than 5 minutes. No complaints.
