Had the most pleasant experience out of any post office I’ve been in! Gentlemen with black hair and salt/pepper beard was attentive in helping expedite people through the line while making sure no one had questions or needed anything before getting to the counter. He deserves some praise!
I had shipped two boxes to myself that never arrived. I lost the tracking number but when I went to the post office the employees there were really nice and understanding - they went in the back while I was still waiting in line to look for them, and they were able to find them! I was preparing for a lot of sighing and eye rolling based on other reviews but the staff couldn’t have been more courteous and helpful. THANK YOU!
My package was being held due to the customer's request. I never made such a request. I've called the USPS 3 times trying to get this package. They state they will find out what is going on and they will contact me. Its been a month since It was suppose to be delivered. I just want to a refund at this point .
Staff was super helpful with helping me package up and ship my items! Got it all sorted out in under 10 minutes! Thank y'all so much!
Were crazy backed up because of Christmas shipping. Eddie assisted me when I made it to the front and he was very pleasant to talk with given that he had probably been dealing with upset customers all day with no break. Had another employee helping up front and both were trying to make the most of the situation with customers and were apologetic for the wait. Good employees
