The girls at this post office are the sweetest and most pleasant USPS employees I've ever encountered. I ship orders for my business every day from either Aledo, Weatherford or this Ft Worth location and this by far is my favorite. One young lady with long black hair is especially pleasant and helpful. I don't know her name but she goes out of her way to help me every time!
A male clerk made me get out of line to let an able body white man ( who was not in line)go ahead of me while I was standing at the counter for me turn! He said the guy left line to walk an older woman to her car. I’m pregnant and a woman too! I told him that the man forfeited his turn when he left, before I walked up. The clerk (a bald, black man) then started spelling insults and making gestures directed towards me. I was in a hurry at the time but I went back a couple of hours later to speak with a supervisor. I was told by someone named Gregory that the clerk’s name was Emmanuel. The postmaster was gone for the day.
