6:30 pm and NO MAIL DELIVERY!!!!!
Place sucks. I never get my deliveries. I don’t even think they try to deliver. Anything outside of regular mail, I would use someone else. (FedEx, UPS, Etc.) It even seems like they find delivering regular mail difficult.
Ms Tiffany was SO friendly and helpful! The other lady there was the same way. They made you feel like you were a regular customer. I am going back there for ALL my shipping and mailing needs
Jeremy on route 163 is a complete joke. Says my mailbox is broken, which it's not. Spoke to the manager he promised I would start receiving my mail. Still a lie. I only receive what Jeremy feels like delivering. If I have any packages coming he doesn't even attempt to deliver he sends back to sender. My dogs medicine was sent back, THANK GOD the company overnighted me a order. Jeremy NEWSFLASH! Your a MAIL man deliver my MAIL!
My Post Office by choice, have been utilizing this office since the early 90s, they've got some good carriers, they got some not so good, they have really great front clerks here too. The lady who runs this branch runs a tight ship, may not be able to remedy everything but works hard & is diligent. 5 stars for White Settlement branch USPS!
