**BRENDA**nThis lady was VERY helpful and took care of my packages going to some brothers overseas keeping the bad guys at bay. Brenda was knowledgable of her job and was a tremendous help compared to the PO on Cherry Lane. She knew her job, had outstanding customer service skills, and I am sure other Post Office workers emulate her. 10/10 I will go here again! I felt so satisfied with my experience that I even bought a book of stamps! Lol
Open on Saturday mornings, nice. Some other local facilities are not open or close at noon.nOtherwise the usual walk-in USPS facility.
Whomever was working while We were there was very helpful and polite. We didn’t get his name. He was also pretty personable! Most comforting experience in a usps store. 5/12/20 around noon.
Our previous postal carrier was like clockwork. Since he left or was reassigned, our mail doesn't get delivered until late afternoon. If there's a package forget about it. It's sent back to the office marked for pickup. I'm not saying the current carrier is lazy, but I have had to move my vehicle because he didn't want to get out of the vehicle to put the mail in the box.
Stopped by on a Saturday, I was so surprised they weren’t really busy. Also, Judy helped me and she was so kind and gave great service. She took her time to happily help me compare the best options for sending a few gifts/package. Best post office experience I’ve probably ever had. This location isn’t the closest to my home but due to the great experience, I think this will be my new go to location. Thanks!!
