STAY AWAY from Lake Worth PO! Your mail will NOT get delivered if it looks like it has anything of value! And don't even bother asking for help with your issue! They don't care whatsoever at this location! SAD!
The man with the piercing is always there and is very helpful and the only one who seems to enjoy his job. Wish there was more than 2 lines open at a time, the lines could take awhile.
This people make you think that they’re open until 12:00pm on Saturday to pick up packages but today they kept me waiting for 45min on the other side of the Dutch door, employees kept ignoring the door bell until finally one had the kindness to go out and tell me he couldn’t help me at all. What a waste of time, and what a bad service, I’ve been waiting for my packages a month and this people pull this one on me.nnNothing but my worst wishes to y’all
I unfortunately had to leave a one star rating so that it would allow me to leave a review. Personally walked into this post office on 6-16-20 to mail a Fathers Day gift via 3 day delivery. Although I understand with current circumstances our mail is having a delay... this package never even scanned in what’s the delay there? I sent several first class letters which have ALL arrived within 5 days and have traveled out of state and were mailed same day. Gave it 5 business days and decided to come down to the office and luckily had a picture of the package on my phone and was provided absolute ZERO help. Spoke to someone by the name of Julie who’s immediate response was “if it didn’t scan that means we don’t have it”, yet I physically walked in at 11:05 am and dropped it off in their lobby. Sooo is it lost in the back? Did someone steal it? She was of no help and told me that everything’s delayed so to wait it out. I’ve dealt with the post office for over 13+ years personally and I know the moment your package doesn’t scan you’re pretty much screwed. Hoping my Dads gift will randomly show up.
I have been in my house since 2007. Rarely have I had any issues with packages being delivered to my house.nI am not sure why I am on my 4th unable to deliver notice/schedule for redelivery notice in a little over a month. One time I was home and my front door was wide open (glass storm door locked) and car in driveway. There was no attempt made.nThe next time it stated needs signature. I was able to reschedule it for following day. Left note on door I was home. Just in case. Package was left in mailbox. No signature needed?nNow I have one stating animal interference? My ring camera strongly disagrees. I have been unable to schedule redelivery with the slip they left.nCan’t call post office directly. The 800 number gives the Blanket COVID 19 excuse.nSo frustrating that this post person is having such a hard time with their job.
