Quite honestly the most incompetent Post Office I have ever dealt with in all my years on Earth. They couldn’t figure out how to deliver mail to my address for three months. The mail courier takes packages out for delivery at 7am and still can’t deliver them by the end of the day, then just picks which days of the week he feels like delivering mail. Courier has given me the wrong parcel locker key so my packages are stuck until he decides to return and actually run the route. Don’t even need to waste my time writing about the “manager” who hides in the back in the actual office. If we’re going to defund them this should be the first post office to go.
Alice “Jeanette “ Johnson is VERY rude and I will NEVER come back to this location again! Apparently she doesn’t know that her job is to assist customers instead she stands there and stares at you until you ask her what’s wrong and instead of her telling customers what they need to do, she assumes they know and laughs in there face! She doesn’t even say how can I help you she just stands there she hates her job!
Like they do stuff that's uncalled for. Delivering one package on the same day they say the other is undeliverable. Marking my mailbox vacant and sending my packages and mail back to sender. Like frfr I cannot. I hate that the aren't open on Saturdays. This post office is just ridiculous ud83dude44
Supposedly my package was delivered yesterday. I never received it. Our mail delivery is always a mess. This package was my mother’s gift. Now I don’t know if I will ever find it! Don’t even bother calling the post office all you get is a case number and an automatic voice message. This place is the worst.
Apparently, they don't know how to deal with country dogs! UPS, FED-Ex, Amazon all have no problem delivering! Not even my dogs. Lie about dogs and no secure site. Dogs haven't been out for months. Medication and supplies needed and I have an unreliable car but I have to go to post office to get packages. Pay for home delivery- they owe me money! They have left packages under my mail box and my neighbors down on a busy road not in front of houses. Leave slips on Friday before Monday Holiday. Stuff ordered and needed for weekend! Driver doesn't even need to exit vehicle- we have a doorbell post they can drive up to and ring bell and drop package or tie to post without getting out of vehicle. Also, I get wrong mail several times a month. I had them deliver small envelope with expensive earring- put over fence. I tracked package and found blown up against the neighbors fence. No note of delivery and no one rang bell! 2 stars is generous. With Covid you would think they would make more of an effort to deliver.
