Pepper gets 5-stars, Emily gets a negative 5. If you hate your job so much then find another career. Pepper was most helpful and you could hear the smile in her voice. Each time I've spoke with Emily, she's short toned, rude, and doesn't want to offer any customer service.
They have always dilvered to my front porch. For some reason past few weeks they just say there was an issue and return package back to amazon with no slip or anything.
I have had numerous amazon packages arrive at the facility at the exact same time and one is delivered on time and the other is not. I don't understand the inconsistency and it's very frustrating especially when I order time sensitive items.
No wonder they're slowly going under! I can't even call them to ask a simple question! Years ago, everyone at this location was super friendly and helpful. These days they are all rude, unhelpful, and don't seem to care at all.
