I have had a PO box in Cut-n-Shoot for years simply because I have no safe place for a mailbox. The current personnel is not a good representative for the Postal Service. She is not accommodating at all. Will NOT go out of her way to assist you. I understand abiding by the rules and try to do that. This last Christmas I had a package there and admittedly I was about 2 minutes after 2 pm (closing time). I heard and saw her behind the window and practically begged her to please let me get my package as I was spending Christmas out of town and it was one of my gifts...however, she would not respond and when I saw her through my box she simply walked into another room. When I asked her about it later she simply said she does not do that for anyone.nAlso, there have been times when I went to get my mail that she was either late or did not show up at all. Just not a way to treat customers or do business.
