The older black gentleman was not the most customer service friendly at all.nMaybe he was having a bad day.nHope he has a better one tomorrow.
every since the oriental lady has not worked customer service is terrible..packages get damaged..packages do not get put in boxes ...and when they do arrive we do not get told they are available...almost got a package returned because we was not notified ...i word....LAZY
Extremely poor customer service to say the least. Some of their employees are a little too comfortable being lazy. They need new careers...

They were very friendly and helpful. They always answer the phone and the guy and the front desk always has a smile on his face. They do their best to help you out
