Need to get our mail boxes fixed ...
LOVE this location. Had an issue with my mail today (my mistake) and although they were closed and it was after 11am, Reka (clerk) went above and beyond to help me and got my issued resolved very quickly. I've had nothing but great experiences with this location and I'm truly grateful for their hard work. Everyone is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you guys for all of your hard work.
Man with the goatee should not be in a customerservice position. He is not friendly, makes you feel like your an imposition on his day. He is very short and abrupt. I hate going in there when he is working the window. Never have a good experience with him.
They have delivered many of my packages to the wrong address. It is beyond frustrating! I’ve had to wait serveral days to get a response when I made them aware of the error. I ended up retrieving my packages myself. It’s worth it to have my online orders delivered to my parents’ address, where the post office delivers mail properly. I constantly receive my neighbors mail. Not really a big deal, I just walk it to their mailbox. Thankfully, I have nice neighbors that look out for one another. This problem never happened until the past 2 years or so. This now occurs weekly.
Very friendly and highly professional USPS location. I drop off shipments there 3-4 times a week. Always great service.
