Never call in the afternoon, the young lady i spoke with is VERY rude shouted at me for the tracking number after being so quiet i could barely hear her and when i was taken back and offended at how rude she was i said you don't need to be so aggressive she then proceeded to tell me i could call back in the morning the next day to speak with someone else.nVERY RUDE and I will be filing a formal complaint with the postal service direct. I understand being rude to a rude customer, but if someone is genuinely nice and non confrontational to start, you need to be professional and do your damn job. The management is probably why we have so many mismanaged mail boxes and missing mail the majority of the time, leadership reflects productivity.
Only give them one star because you must select one to post. Multiple packages, over a few month period, marked as delivered when they are no where to be found. When a claim is submitted through USPS website nothing ever gets resolved.
Trying to get mail to a valid Katy TX address has failed multiple times. Tried to talk and message carrier from this Katy Annex office has also failed. Placed complaint to USPS website got no useful response. Looks like people working here are just complacent and entitled to their job?!?!
Not a lot of services offered here. Can pick up held mail. Pick up keys for new home. And, can drop off mail. No PO Boxes available and no lobby services. Parking is very limited.
This place is horrible. Its not even worth a star. The outside looks like you are in the middle of the woods. Tall grass that need to be cut. No curb appeal. I wouldn't want to work here. I would be embarrassed.nThe staff tried to be kind. But if my problem isn't aimed I'm still upset.nThey sent my husband a message after filling a claim and it started that our claim had been solved. Sending an apology doesn't mean it's solved USPS.nThe sad part is that we may have to use this service again because this is 1 of the ways we need packages delivered/ received. It's sad that people now only work because they just need the money and don't really care about your stuff. It would be nice if when we got jobs we actually cared or enjoyed what we do. I just hope and pray whomever is the Ceo/ person in charge of this spot is looking at comments and actually doing what they can to improve their services.
