If I would give 0 stars, I would. Staff are very slow, rude and unhelful. I waited on line 30 minutes to drop off my already paid package and the lady spoke in a negative ton and she was unhelpful and rude to me. It is very unprofessional. Please hire nicer and helpful people.
Trying to get a person on the phone here just to ask a very simple question is absolutely impossible.
The facility is too small, there’s always a line of at least 10 customers. I tried to drop off prepaid packages in the drop bin today (I did so with no trouble 6 weeks ago) only to find they no longer allow you to do so. You have to wait in line to have an employee accept them.
Awesome service here, usually fast and employees extremely patient.
I reserved a PO BOX for first time, and I choose this location because was the most convenient For me, but the worst decision I made. I’m have been just one week receiving their services, and I’m already very disappointed. They have a very bad customer service, answering questions, I never saw such bad attention in my life, specially from a lady that is always so rude, R. luza.nI want to give this Post office a 0, but there is not option. Very unprofessional.nnI agree with a review from Zoe:n“ Ladies that work here are the rudest I’ve ever seen or come across, no help and act like it’s the worst thing in the world when we ask questions about shipping. Hire more helpful and nicer people maybe next time.”
