I always come here whenever I need postal service, The place is clean and workers are nice, but today soon as came in to the Post Office a man at the first counter, tall older gentlemen, yelled on top of his lungs that I cannot come in. 1st of all they were not that many people inside or there wasn't a sign that it says no more than 3 people inside the Post Office. His screamed on top of his lungs, that I cannot come in and I have to wait outside. I just left without saying anything, but I'm writing this I hope he sees this message: You cannot treat people like that ,if you have a rule of certain capacity inside then please put a note on your door. Don't scream on top of your lungs!
This is definitely one of the better USPS locations. It's spacious and clean.nnThere always seems to be at least two employees working the desks, so the line moves fairly quickly. They recognize regular customers (I am not, but they always strike up a conversation to those who are), so there's a nice atmosphere.nnThis location also has a machine to process packages, buy stamps, etc - solely depends how quickly the people in front of you take to use it. Priority Mail supplies are readily available, too.
I and my wife went to this location for first time passport application and arrived 30 minutes before the appointment time. We planned to use the extra time for paper work.nnAfter we checked in, one of the customers services representative told us to go outside and wait for his call. After 30 minutes, we were told to come in back again . He questioned us if we had filled the form. We replied that we came early for paper work but he didn’t give us the form when we checked in or didn’t tell us what to do. His response was shocking. “I don’t have to inform you what to do. ..reading and understanding everything online should be your responsibility .”nnAs his badge was difficult to read, we asked what his name was. He said, “I don’t want to tell you my name “nnAt last, we found the form somewhere at the corner filled it and took to another worker. The first guy called her and said that we should make another appointment for other day.nnI have never experienced such kinds of service anywhere in my life time.
When I had a lost package Belinda and Jennifer at the Bellaire Post Office were my detectives on the case! They called me with updates, kept me informed, explained my options, notified appropriate supervisors.managers of the situation, drove to other facilities to search/ask team members and eventually found my package! They were so helpful, kind and it felt like small town community. Love this post office!
The worst customer service I have experienced. Not only did they lose my package and refused to do anything about it. But after waiting in a long line to get my package shipped for my small business, I was denied and was told to go to the kiosk, the kiosk does NOT show that the package has been scanned and affects my shop a lot. Very rude and dismissive staff, they rather socialize in front of you than actually take care of what needs to be done.
