2 different packages were supposed to have been delivered on Saturday, May 16, but no delivery attempt was made for either of them. And now I get a notification that I need to pick up my package at the Post Office inside the Galleria Mall, which means I have to stand in line, wait, wait some more, and this is just very inconvenient.nnOne tracking number 937488967109########## shows that a delivery attempt was made around 1pm but I assure you that none was made. I had both packages addressed to my work and there were always multiple people staffed and ready to receive a package. The second one 937488967109########## doesn't even show that an attempt was made.nnNot sure if your postman or woman lied about the attempted delivery or what but this is very inconvenient for me and very upsetting.nnThis is what happens when government runs things, people!!!
It literally took Patricia (black lady with the big wig) 45 minutes to open the post office. There was 5 people in line, and didn’t even care to serve them, instead she took her sweet time to open up very slowly. I’ve been coming to this post office for 3 years, and Patricia is the same rude lady. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
