One of the worst customer service. That old lady is so so so rude in the phone, she does not want to help and behaves you so bad and cuts your phone. How these people fit into this customer friendly job.nShame on these people.
This ghetto establishment Lost(Stole) a gift card meant for my niece for her birthday. Two weeks after it was supposed to have been mailed out my sister the recipient said she never received it.nnDon't use this post office for anything, and if you ever do request a tracking number if your mail/package is important to you.nnBunch of disgraceful sticky fingers working within this establishment. Holidays around the corner so I'm not surprised. You'd think they get paid well enough but clearly they feel otherwise taking the hate they have for the jobs by showing hardworking citizens great disservice!nnGlad I moved from the area anyways.
I have received great service here. Mr. Willis helped clarify and took his time to explain a very critical and important matter to give me peace of mind.
The Best Bad Service. They work reluctantly. I have lost two packages, Said delivered and I never arrive. They don't even try to help people, should be closed and THIS IS TEXAS They should speak spanish and english. I saw how they denied help to a Hispanic lady just for not speak English. Please, if you don't like your job you better go away... El peor servicio de todo Houston. Pierden paquetes y no ayudan en la resolución de problemas. Poco profesionales.
This is one of the better run post offices in my opinion. Went in on July 3rd after they had closed around 5:30PM. I needed to send a couple of packages out that day, but had missed the pickup and drop-off times due to unforeseen circumstances. This post office is one of the bigger locations and there was a gentleman and a lady working in the back employee parking lot sorting the packages to get into the truck. I asked them if I could just drop off the packages and they told me to just go ahead and put it in the box and that it would be taken care of. Thank you to them. The packages arrived safely to its' destination when it needed to. Also there is always multiple people working the front and the times I've gone, they have a person who works the lobby helping people with questions and concerns before standing in line to get helped which speeds up the line and for people who need to drop off packages but would like to get the drop off scan sheet scanned.
