Anyone knows how to report this old man to the manager or the USPS headquarter customer service? He is the rudest man I have ever seen in my life. I dropped my package on Monday and he did not give me the receipt to keep the record even I asked him. And now is Wednesday, I tried to check my package status with the photo of tracking number that I took before dropped off, it shows no database in the system. I came back, got in line and asked him about my situation. What he said was just “I dont know, next customer”. If you were me, how would you feel? Be aware of this location y’all!
Not so great experience. There's some elders working there who always have an attitude to everyone. They are too disrespectful.
The older women that works here is the absolute worst. She is rude and disrespectful to everyone its obvious she hates this job. This is not my first visit to this post office every time I go I've witnesses her being unprofessional screaming at customers.
Useless.nThese employees should be fired on the spot. Don’t attend you well and take their sweet time.
