Convenient, friendly staff. Used for UPS drop off.
WATCH OUT. Horrible experience, against my better judgement (because I saw the reviews stating that they lost packages in the past and did nothing to correct it) I decided to use this location. Big mistake, they of course lost my package, and when I called 4 days later Gary had nothing to tell me. I have a small business and have now lost that product with no answer as to how or where. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Whether it's an employee who is stealing internally or just a result of disorganization, it's completely unacceptable.
Always great customer service! Efficient, kind, and great experience overall. I come here to ship things off and get things notarized. Always a good experience.
Don't send international packages from this location. I lost 2 packages!! Never be back!!
UPC has break the agrrement with them or fine them for charging extra! Clear rip off! They dont follow amazon or ups instructions when it clearly says $0.00 to drop off. The ask for extra dollar for free stuff they get from ups. It is a shame.
