I've lived in this area for many years and have always found the Bacliff Post Office to be clean, friendly and efficient. The staff is always knowledgeable and more than helpful. Giving them a shout out!
I should not be giving them a star at all. They lose packages and the staff there is down right rude. The lady behind the counter told me that it would not be the last time I would be missing packages. What is that supposed to mean??They need to learn or hire new people that know how to take care of their costumers.
Not able to help with a situations thatci had
Package not delivered as posted. Called post master directly, and basically accused of stealing the key to the parcel box. Why would I call asking about my package if I'd had the key to the parcel box? Obviously employees put the parcel key in the wrong box, and I got lucky my package wasn't claimed by someone else!!
Never had a poor experience from this PO.nStaff always very helpful and polite.nJust wish their hours open were longer.
