The post office itself is what this review is on, the inside people are always helpful, and even when I call to make sure there is a key to a bigger box for me to get a package(since I am not able to make it there before they close) they are always helpful on the phone.. Ramon in particular when I call is always helpful and pleasant!
This post office is the worst! All Employees are absolutely LAZY!!!! It’s took me 3yrs. Of dealing with these people to finally write this down. They have literally LOST 3 of my packages I have shipped to my customers and they lost my daughter’s package for several days. The post MASTER is USELESS! It’s like if you have a “government job” you don’t have to care...you get paid regardless.
Don't actually do their job and deliver mail. Just leaves a pink slip inside our mailbox and refuses to come leave it on the porch.
Absolutely terrible service. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking a tax payer backed paycheck. For God sakes just do what you are paid for. They say that we are not home , not able to deliver when we are home all the time. Leave our mail in the wrong box. We get neighbors mail in our box. There is obviously no leadership there. Bad employees come from bad leadership. Problems are not fixed. Give upnIf you expect them to fix a problem. I’m going to usps customer service once a week until they fix the problem of our mail constantly going to the wrong house. Again no leadership and should be ashamed to collect a tax payer backed paycheck
I visit on a weekly bases for work. Staff is always friendly & fast.
