Mailing supplies are always plentiful and available in the outer lobby. The P.O. Box rates are reasonable. The young lady in the outer lobby is helpful and pleasant.
Our little post office in Lake Dallas, is a gem.nThe Staff have always been Courteous & Professional, especially Larry.nOur Carrier Kathy (?) has always gone above & beyond her duties to ensure great service.
Worst post office ever. These people are so rude.
Rude and they don’t offer solutions. Drive a little further to the location in Denton for better service.
THE LAKE DALLAS POST OFFICE IS THE FRIENDLIEST AND MOST HELPFUL OF ANY POST OFFICE I'VE BEEN TO IN MY 63 YEARS. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND OFFERING HELPFUL ADVISE. THIS ATTITUDE IS NOT ALWAYS EASY TO MAINTAIN KNOWING THE STRICT REGIMENT AND EXPECTATIONS REQUIRED BY THE US POSTAL MANAGEMENT. PEOPLE NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING, JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE IS DIRECT DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE BEING RUDE.
