I am sorry I have to be the one to give this location a bad review due to my experience today with Cindy. I read through other reviews who've said the opposite of what I'm about to and that's unfortunate. Well, I was lucky enough to have Cindy help me today and thought she would be in better spirits since the persons (2 that went to her) ahead of me she treated so sweet and and with excellent service and people skills. With me she was quite rude to the point I asked her why she felt the need to be rude to me. I guess she treats you accordingly based off the color of your skin. I will not be returning to this location.
Wish I could give negative stars. They've lost my state issued ID, merchandise I've ordered, and now, to my surprise, IRS notices. Folks IN THE OFFICE are great, just have a hard time with deliveries.
Worst delivery service ever. It shouldn’t be so difficult to get your mail but packages and regular mail either doesn’t get delivered at times or gets delivered to our neighbors. One was a check that was delivered to our neighbor. They accidentally opened and realized it didn’t belong to them. If this was a dishonest neighbor we never would have received the check. The other was a package with medication that they forgot to put in our box so instead just dropped it back off at the post office (the video doorbell showed they never attempted to deliver). The reason I had my medication delivered was to avoid unnecessary exposure to covid due to being at high risk and now they want me to pick up at the post office? If I could avoid using the USPS entirely I would. So frustrating when it doesn’t have to be.
The people currently working here are SO friendly and helpful. You may have to wait in line for a bit, especially now around Christmas, but they take care of you as quickly as they can.nnAlso, I just overheard a conversation in front of me, in which a postal worker told a customer that a postal delivery worker came across a whole pile of packages from UPS that were just dumped in an an unsecured/unlocked and abandoned parcel locker near the customer's address, that were for multiple addresses; and that the postal delivery person took charge of the packages and attempted to deliver them safely to their owners. They were otherwise brought back to the post office and the owners notified to come get their UPS packages. I was impressed that a USPS worker did this and made sure the UPS customers are getting those carelessly dropped packages.
This post office knows nothing about customer service. Never staffed adequately. Long lines with employees ignoring customers. I am handicapped and made to return numerous times to pick up a package. Always some new rule or excuse why I can't get my package. Will gladly pay extra to have packages shipped by other carriers to avoid going into this place.
