I spent twenty minutes trying to call my local P.O. to ask about a sheet of stamps. Your phone system is a joke. I find it very difficult to talk to your machines.nnOne star is too high for my experience. I give you a zero.
The service was quick and courteous. The postal employee was very knowledgeable about the product I requested and provided me with a great experience. I would recommend their services to any one. I will return.
Mail is constantly just shoved in the mailbox carelessly and completely mishandled. We’ve received mail items that’s even look as if they’ve been opened. We’ve even had a point to where the mail fell out of the mailbox onto the ground by the street because it was put in there recklessly. There have been multiple times in a row that we’ve even been given mail that wasn’t even our mail when the house number and/or name wasn’t even remotely similar. We’ve even been given mail that was for a street in a total opposite neighborhood. Maybe they should look into hiring more competent drivers.
I get my mail delivered by nice people in the neighborhood because they leave my mail at the wrong address. I constantly get other people’s mail, they close during lunch. Every other post office I know is open at this time. That’s when most people visit. They close on Saturday at 9:30, and if the weather is not great, your mail doesn’t get delivered. I thought that’s what the post office took pride in.
Very friendly staff, they take care of business. The service here is much better than in the past.
