Always greeted nicely and with welcome when I go to this USPS facility. If you’ve been to other USPS locations, you know that is usually not the case. Staff are great, wait time are very low most days, and the inside is clean and organized.
Completely incompetent! A weekly occurrence of getting other people’s mail and when they say the deliver a package in mailbox and it’s not there! Just blame me saying there’s nothing that can be done!!
Red hair beware! She is the worst. So rude. I’ve never met someone who so obviously hates their job more. She tried to charge me for matters for the blind going to the Hadley Institute for the Blind. These are supposed to be free. She clearly doesn’t know her job. As we were leaving she flung the box in a pile. So glad it wasn’t fragile.
No matter how busy, or how much customers may complain, the workers here always maintain professionalism, and try to expedite everyone’s needs, and are very friendly. Very helpful!
We were told our package was delivered to our parcel box, but it wasn’t there, so we called the post office the next day. They were extremely apologetic and took care of it right away. Within 15 minutes, the man was able to find our package and hand it right to us!
