14 people in line. One person working. Took her about 5 minutes to help each customer. Drop box is forever broken. San Antonio USPS is the worst. Mailing something shouldn't be this time consuming.nnEdit: my package was sent back to me saying postage needed. Yet It has a paid postage taped to it. USPS sucks!!!!
I’ll first start by saying that I back my boys in blue and love the USPS. That being said, This is the absolute WORST post office I have ever dealt with. I’m honestly tempted to move to get away from this post office. I have had issue with holding mail 5 times: sometimes they deliver mail as normal, other times they never redeliver they held mail. The package drop off box is always “out of order” (???), and they only ever have 1 person working so you’ll wait over an hour to do one simple thing. There are a few employees here who know what they’re doing and are helpful, but otherwise infuriatingly incompetent.
Will not use this Post Office again even if it's right down the street. I went today and the girl was not helpful when asked best way to send a package. Very rude . Usually it's a nice lady that works and is helpful, she is a veteran. Sadly, these two girls today ruined it. I'd rather pay FedEx

This post office has tanked big time. It used to be legit, they have gotten lazy big time. I suggest taking the drive to another one for mail drop off because they are leaving the mail in the mail boxes and drop slots for days and eventually they are attended to. It’s sad, been coming here for years.
