We get most of our mail . . . I think. We also get mail from 3 blocks in almost every direction. My packages often get lost, and because the sender doesn't send things insured, I will never get my packages back - money is GONE. When I call, I am told that the USPS is not responsible for not doing their job correctly, only for trying. I wonder how may mail persons are enjoying my products.
I caught Raymond Beltran teasing my dog. He is the mailman that delivers in the Thomas Jefferson Area. I complained to a supervisor, named Carlos, who said he would come by my house the next day, or call me. Never did. I’ve called repetitively trying to find out what’s going on and why this happened. No one responds. The next day that same mail man told me I needed to move my mailbox? Can you believe that. I’m taking this as far as I need to.
I drop off packages here about once a week. The staff are friendly, courteous, and efficient.
Our business is awaiting a package. The tracking says a notice was left and there was no notice. Scheduled a redelivery. A redelivery has not happened. Can't get through to anyone as the delivery post office. Time to call the postmaster on this issue!
