I have dealt with the fine folks at Jonesborough post office for decades. They have the finest group of professionals that always are polite and efficient. They treat you like family and they all seem to enjoy their work. We need more businesses in our area with the personal care and efficiency that this organization exemplifies.

Filled out a mail transfer form last month, everything was filled out and correct. When I handed it to the woman, I specifically asked her if there was any reason it might not go through because I had done one last year in a different city and never saw my mail. She assured me everything would be fine. Sure enough, I once again lost everything I bought from aliexpress. It has been an entire month, nothing has shown up and tracking shows delivered, to the old address I’m assuming. Just like last time. That is a lot of money that I’m once again throwing down the toilet because for some reason the change of address requests are 100% useless and never seem to work!!! So, so very disappointed. Especially when I really tried to be sure this time and was basically rushed out the door !!

I've had several times when I needed to track down a package, and the staff at Jonesborough always goes above and beyond to help me out. By fast, it is the best experience I've had with a post office.

Our mail man doesn't even come down our street to deliver mail

Terrible customer service and a rude staff. From now on, I’ll drive a few extra minutes to Johnson City.
