My mail always arrived on time I do a lot of orders online and almost every day the postman had to come by. I began to notice that my correspondence did not arrive and I thought it was a mistake or was lost among so many houses but I began to notice that I always lost the same ones and they were reward rewards that the stores sent to me for all the purchases I made and was for free stuff and many of those were valuable up to $75 off purchases. I made my complaint and everything started to arrive normally but again it happened that my mail was lost. Again I made a complaint and received a call from a quite rude woman with an arrogant attitude, when I explained what was happening she started laughing at me and said that those store coupons were for everyone and if I kept complaining I would stop receiving my mail because the postman no longer wanted to come to leave my correspondence and that I had to solve my neighbor's dog because he always attacked him and I explained that the dog was not mine and he laughed again and said to stop complaining about them or they were going to withhold my correspondence. I felt humiliated and discriminated against.
One person working the desk and a line of people out the door. Wouldn't be bad if the desk person wasn't in back for 15 minutes. Now I'm late for work. You guys really deserve the rating you have.
horrible service they rejected my package I was wanting to send off and the box is perfect size but they said it was too big when it was in the requirements of size can you answer why they did that
I’ve been here hundreds of times and NEVER had a problem. Great people do their absolute best to help everyone with a positive attitude. Pro tip: come in the afternoon it’s WAY less crowded. Saturday’s are packed so plan around it
Great customer service. I don't know how they handle some of those irrational customers.
