I took a small package to this post office on January 29 and was told it should arrive at my daughters house around Feb 2nd in Tampico, Illinois. I have been tracking it since February 5 and as of today, Feb. 22 it’s STILL not there. It has been going back and forth between Greensboro and Des Moines and is currently all the way in Los Angeles, California. What do we have to do to get some decent service? People used to take pride in doing a job well done but these days things are worse than terrible. This is what we pay for?????
I mailed a large priority box from Richmond Va to this zip code on Dec 1. It has been in Raleigh since Dec 5. It was supposed to be delivered on the 4th. I filed a request on the 11 th. That was my last update! No one will answer the phone or has responded to my request. I expected some delay but this is ridiculous! Mailed a package to Alaska Dec 10. It got there on the 15 th. Every package that I mail to Raleigh is ALWAYS late. This post office needs help
Scruggs, the postal employee who helped me was friendly, and helpful. I drove from another post office 10 mins away when the line was out the door and prepared to be irritated when I arrived here, I was pleased to have a unique USPS experience when that wasn’t the case.
Took a package in on NOVEMBER 30, was told to put it on the counter along with the other self paid packages. That was at 4:15 pm. Went home looked and it said the package was delivered and the, customer picked.it up at the post office. The package was going to MARYLAND. IT TOOK A HALF HOUR for the package to be delivered. Hummm, so today I have to go and try to find my package. Oh did I mention it was priority mail.
1 star is being generous. Called this post office for a solid hour and was hung up on 5 times and then never answered again. My package was stated as delivered and yet days later still no package. No customer service at all and no one would even pick up the phone to help me figure out why my package hasnt arrived even though it was stated it had been delivered. Im astonished that this post office cares so little that they cant even help customers find missing packages or at least attempt to help. Award for WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE goes to this post office.
