I've paid for a P.O. box. I know I should have been getting mail weeks ago because I had mail sent directly to the box instead of having it rerouted which takes longer. It shouldn't take that long unless somebody's getting easy money not working. Can I get my mail instead of someone else mail? It clearly says my last name and not theirs.
Canceled my USA Today newpaper after 15 years because I started missing issues, issues a week late, papers coming in looking like they've been sitting in a doctors office for a month. Magazines coming in with pages dog eared. The service was never good, but since 7/1, it's gotten a lot worse. I don't get it, they're only hurting themselves. I've already called the magazines that I subscribe to and told them that when it runs out, I'm done. It's a damn shame.
Lady that works far right window refuses to give receipts for prepaid postage items and said I had to use computer after standing in line for however long. Pretty rude just to hand items back.
