Been waiting 7 weeks for a flat rate box from California. $405. I have never lost any mail w/ Tracking. I don’t want the insurance. The website still says in red; “Alert package was returned to Post office for address verification”. If they left it on someone else’s porch, or it were stolen the link would say “delivered”. I’ve filed 3 cases they keep closing them for not enough information. I wouldn’t doubt it was an inside job. Theft.
Proper distancing lines marked, lots of plexiglass. Very polite and helpful despite being forced to repeat the same things to different customers all day/week long!
Incredibly rude man working at the front. Older black man with glasses, don’t remember his name, lectured me because i didn’t tape my printed label to the box. Stated “this must be your first time, I’ll show you once and only once”. Especially at a time like this, the Covid out there, nobody wants to be in a crowded post office to begin with, it’s nerve racking and his customer service was absolutely awful. As a nurse, an essential worker, i know this time is stressful, but he should never talk to a customer, or a person in general, like that. Should be fired.
Closed at 3:30 when operating hours are supposed to be until 4:30. Waste of time. Also extremely dirty.
Service was fast and respectful and they got me where I needed to be going. They're also doing a great job at remaining socially distant and sanitizing during these times.
