I ordered several items online and was shipped through this office, I waited at the shipping address beginning at 7:30am but received an email staiting no one was there at 8:47am and they were unable to leave packages. I live at the end of a trailer home park and absolutely no body attempted to come down the road to the home. I then attempted to call customer service to ask why the carrier did not even attempt to bring me my packages and was stuck on hold for more then 40 minutes. Wonderful customer service ud83dude21
I ordered somethings online which included a $140 pair of shoes, part of my order was delivered but the shoes were not. When I called the company to inquire I wa told that the package should have weighed at least 4lbs, what was delivered to me was not even a pound in weight. I called Jeff who is over the Clinton office and he was very rude and not helpful at all.
This is by far the best usps I've ever been too. Great customer service!
This place is a damn joke, they won't ever do there job and deliver your package, then when you call out there they get an attitude with you when you try and understand why these people won't do there job.
It seems as if someone is stealing packages at this location. My package has been here since November 2nd and hasn’t moved, and no one can tell me where it is or what has happened to it. I want my package!!!!!!!!
