New to the area been here almost 2 months. Put our mail box up and have gotten mail once. Had a package sent to our house mailman said our property was vacant so went in to post office to correct thought the problem was fixed wrong. Another package was to be delivered Saturday again carrier said property was vacant. We were home carrier didn't even try to deliver
Terrible experience, you simply cant speak to a human. I had a text telling me a package was delivered and it wasn't. I tried calling but none of the prompts addressed this so I wanted a person. If a private business ran this way it would be out of service.
Had an issue with a missing package. The post master found it and had it delivered that day.nnWhen I had live chicks delivered, they allowed me to come in before opening to pick them up. All chicks made it alive!nnHave had very few issues with my mail.
This morning at 7:46 2 packages were left in my vehicle instead of my porch, I was awake and right beside the door and no one knocked. They did not have the right to put them in my vehicle.
What is the actual phone number to thenLocation? Its irritating having to call a 1 800 number
