I'm so happy that there is a place near me where I can drop off USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages all at once. That is a HUGE timesaver for me. The people there are genuinely kind and helpful when they see I'm coming. That makes me feel great as a customer and as an entrepreneur!
I've gave this place 2 chances. An both times I have been screwed over. An now I'm out 2 boxes of memories and items worth over $150ea. I'll definitely be filing claims w/ USPS an taking this place to small claims court! I don't know how anyone is able to get anything shipped out of there. I hope their contract w/ usps gets revoked!
This place is NEVER open when their hours say they are. If UPS sends a package there to be picked up at the “ACCES POINT” you are outta luck! If you call UPS, you will find out that the access point is supposed to be open 24 hrs with unlimited public access.... but this store doesn’t abide by that. In fact, I just returned from rockfish pack and ship. It was 3pm on a Thursday. They are open on Thursday from 9-6 according to their signs, BUT THEY WERE NOT OPEN!!!! This place is a farce, a sham, and an embarrassment as a business!nnDO NOT USEnnDO NOT USE
Not busy... in and out... never had a problem with anything that I have shipped out!
Times are definitely wrong. Especially when there are events going on.
