Worst customer service ever ALSO VERY CONDESCENDING, came in here today simply in need of direction to figure out why my mail was made vacant, The Caucasian lady at the front desk decided there was nothing she could do to help me. She had a condescending attitude, she told me to figure out who my carrier was by myself also didn’t even ask me my address., to actually help me , I had to repeatedly ask her for the number to help me find my carrier she advised me to speak with a supervisor and told me that even if I called they won’t answer I need to actually go there.nnWith all the division that’s going on in today’s time all you can simply do is smile and at least help someone instead of sending them on their way as if you could care less.nnI can’t speak on any of the other staff members because I didn’t have any interaction with them
It is sad that the mail Carrier cannot or will not read the address. It’s a shame when the neighbors have to get together in the evening to swap mail because the temporary carrier can’t get the address correct and just leaves your mail wherever they feels like . And the Post Master won’t return calls.
This location is great and has a great staff. It's very clean, and in a non-pandemic world it's quick and easy. They even sell cards and various postal items besides stamps. That's the only reason this place got so many stars. The USPS is relic of a different era, and it shows. The government needs to fund them better so that they can accommodate the needs of the modern person.
Yesterday the place was packed but the employees stayed cool and polite and fast. I was the rude woman panicking in the lobby who grabbed some flat rate stuff and ran btw. Sorry I talked over your announcement, my baby was in the car and the man in front of me had his nose out of his mask and I just had to get out. I am impressed!
