Still haven’t received my package from 3 weeks ago!! I’ve had 4 different cases opened on it (That have NOT been resolved), spoke to “representatives”, went to the post office myself, stopped my mailman, called the west side annex, and no one seems to know where my package is 3 weeks later. This is just completely unacceptable!! I’ve never had a problem out of USPS until now.
I consistently have issues with this office. Last week I dropped off 120 packages, and none were scanned. I have no idea where they are, and my customers are complaining I never shipped them their products because tracking has no updates. This could cost me thousands of dollars.
Dropped 25 packages off in the Drop-in Slot and it's been 6 days and not one of them have been scanned or received. Looks like a total loss of money to me as I have to replace those packages. Where did they go? Did an employee take them? Did they just disappear into the ether? This is awful service .
I will never go back and use this usps. You better believe I’m getting a refund with y’all ghetto asses!
They literally NEVER answer the phone. I don’t think i ever heard someone pick up the phone
