The man at the desk was really helpful. I wasn’t sure on how to mail my package and he helped me figure it out without making me feel dumb for not knowing how to send a package. I will return again for any future packages that need to be mailed.
11/05/2020 3:28pmnnClerk 08, the black woman, no name tag, was extremely rude to me and unknowledgeable regarding P.O. Boxes...nnI returned my 2 keys and needed to cancel the PO Box.nnShe based the 3 month P.O. Box on the months it’s self and not the dates so I was under the assumption that I’d be able to get a refund. I had to call customer care and the first woman that answers the phone was rude and doesn’t believe the customer is always right as I used no profanity when I asked for help. I asked her to transfer me to a manager and the manager transferred me to the department that handles P.O. Box refunds.nnI was told that the 3 month P.O. Box isn’t eligible for a refund. Clerk 08 didn’t tell me this, she rudely tried to get me out of the store so that she can hurry and go home for the day.nnThe black guy working alongside her seen the way she spoke to me. She couldn’t even find my PO Box when I mentioned I didn’t remember the number. She asked for my name and remained in the back for a solid 5 minutes in the beginning.nnWorking for the post office is a Government job; it’s employees shall be trustworthy, respectful, and dependable, while understanding the function of the job in which they work. Clerk 08 does not exemplify such of a statement.
All Employees Are Very Friendly And Fast.
I work for them, and we try to do the best we can everyday.
Love this location. The staff are friendly and try to move the line along quickly.
