I have the informed delivery and I really don't think its all that accurate and you get to see some of your mail then you ask them if they will check and see if there is any mail left over for your address they tell you that there is nothing they can do that you have to wait even longer to find your mail its been almost a month that I have had stuff mailed from the irs that was mailed out on the 1/6/21 that I have not seen and still haven't seen my pay check at all
I love seeing my mailman flying by my driveway with my cats, his use of the gas petal needs to be fixed before I file a legal complaint, and yes I have video evidence.
Regular mail carrier is very good. She will honk the horn if our dog is outside to let us know she is here to deliver a package. Or she will place them in places like the truck bed or porch. The substitutes will either not deliver the package period or they will throw it down in the road. Not in the driveway or grass but in the road for either someone to steal or for it to get run over. Thankfully nothing has been broken yet but the substitutes behavior and handling of packages is unacceptable.
The folks in here are super friendly and helpful. I never know what I am doing or how to mail anything and they are always very patient with me. Never had any issues and customer service in here is amazing.
Worst post office that I've ever had the misfortune of having to work with. Somehow, delivering packages is just beyond them.
