Very rude employees. Customer service is terribleud83dudc4e. They don't even give you a chance to decide what stamps you want, they throw whatever stamps they want to at you and allow other customers to jump ahead of you in the line. Very bad attitudes and I have not had one greeting of hello any visit. Have been in this place several times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and still the same terrible service! Maybe its only towards certain people because they seem to act kinder to others similar to them. Please do better and be kind to everyoneud83dude25.

They have the nicest workers. Every time I go in there they are so helpful and nice.

I love this place... the people working here always make me feel welcomed and they never have an attitude. Always willing to help & if you don’t know anything about shipping they won’t look at you like you’re dumb, they’ll help you in every way they can. Great people.

Was middle of transaction and one of the employees stuck his arm in between me and the person at the desk with papers asking for them to be stapled. This employee stood there for 2 mintue and I death stared at him and he just smile. This was so uncomfortable cause if he stepped and inch closer he'd be on top of me. On regular terms this would be incredibly rude and inappropriate ,but come on, there a pandemic going on.. And then he walks around the desk and stands next to the person who is checking me out. Why couldn't he have done that in first place. So seems like the only reason why this guy had to be so up on me is just probably because hes a creep. This place has a 3.3 star rating out of 5 and now I know why don't recommend coming here even if it's the closest post stop.

We have been going to this postal center for about the last eleven years. It is conveniently located, it is set up well and until recently the staff has been excellent. However, I have visited this center three time in the last two months and observed the same unacceptable behavior each time. There is a sign (just like in most places) that says to wait to come to the counter. Every customer waits until called to the counter except now, there is a new lady (short, woman of color) who when she finishes with a customer she just stands there and looks at you. The first time I experienced this, when I was next in line, she made eye contact with me and just raised her eyebrows as if to ”SAY” didn’t you hear me call you? I took that to mean I’m ready for the next customer, come on up but in reality she said NOTHING until I stepped to the counter and greeted her. The second time, weeks later, here I am, next in line. She finishes with her customer, makes eye contact with me and just stands there. I am unsure so before approaching the counter I ask are you ready for me? The response I got was “didn’t you see me look at you?“ I replied, “yes I did but I wasn’t sure you were ready.for me”. Awkward! Then last week when I went in, next in line. I wait. This same employee finishes up and just stands there. This time she is wearing a mask. She looks at me, I look at her. At least 10 seconds go by. The gentleman employee finishes up with his customer, makes eye contact with me and says “can I help you”. I step to the counter and thank him for taking me. I get the service I came for and I’m out the door. Although I’ve been in service related businesses for 40 years now, I didn’t come into the center to rate their service, there has never been a need to, until now. As I said, we’ve been going there for about 11 years and would like to continue to do so. To me, this poor performance could be an indication of a deeper attitude issue. Whatever the case, I hope not to experience or observe this behavior again.nMatthew
