If I could give negative stars I would. Everytime I have something go through here it gets delayed missing or damaged. This facility and needs some serious quality control measures in place or enough TRAINED hired workers to do a proper job. WHAT EXACTLY IS THE ISSUE HERE???
The most incompetent processing and shipping facility I know of. I have an item that has been processed at this facility for 6 consecutive days. They won't answer the phone to give any status updates. Monkeys could do a better job than these laggards.
Rating should be a 0. It should not take 15 days for a package to get to me from High Point. Also I’m still waiting on a package that has been sitting at this facility for over a week. The sender paid for priority mail and it arrived in Greensboro last Monday. If anything there should be a person at the phones to give people some sort of update. No text updates or anything. Hire more people to do the job. Or get a better system. This is ridiculous.
Y’all really just need to throw the entire building in the garbage, somehow my package has “arrived” at this facility 3 times in the past week, Stevie wonder could do a better job than this...... do better
Pay the extra cost and ship your packages with ANYONE else!nnIf your mail has to go through here, good luck!nnNC postal workers are lazy and don't care about doing a good job the first time.nnThis place frequently loses packages or holds them for days before sending them on their way. I wouldnt be surprised if they're the reason packages are frequently damaged.
