I use my own shipping boxes. The main Post Offices never have an issue with putting labels on my boxes. First time ever coming this place and the box is said to be to small to put the exact same shipping label on the exact same box. He just didn't want to do it and rude too!
NEVER use this postal office! This is the second time I’ve been treated rudely at this place. There won’t be a third!nI walked in and stopped briefly at a sign that said STOP... was cautious to move forward to the red 6ft marker on the floor and waited patiently for the woman at the desk to notice me. She was playing on her phone- not wearing a mask- for almost a full minute before she yelled at me, ‘ What are you doing?! You’ve been just standing there and I don’t know what you’re doing!!’nSaid Thank you bye and walked out.
I went to drop off a prepaid package and I asked for a receipt they told me that they don’t do that anymore and they only scan it in Greensboro which is not true because I always get a receipt from any usps or any drop off place. First I found that they scanned it in their store when I tracked the package,second the package weighed 1lb which is 5.99$ and they charge me for 4LBs which is 17.75$ . Be careful don’t leave your package or don’t leave without a receipt.well you never gonna get one because they don’t want to waste papers, ink and their precious time and so they can charge us the amount they want and you can’t do anything to refund your money
I never leave bad reviews but this place doesn’t even stay open as per their advertised hours. Why!?
I would give this Post Office a zero rating if I could. I would agree with the other statements that the women running this post office is rude and unprofessional. She refused to mail my election ballot. She stated that she would not sell me the single stamp postage or send it as metered either. The only way she would send it was if I spent the money to buy a full book of stamps. I explained that I don't have a need for a book of stamps. She still refused. I asked for a manager or a contact number for the postal supervisor. She also refused this. What is the purpose of this site if they can't handle the simplest of tasks ?
