I used their label printing service, and they wouldn't even let me look at the label to make sure all the information is correct. I asked, wouldn't you want to look out for your customer? She goes I just work here. What a joke...

I have days when I get no mail at all since moving here and that isn't normal for me at all. Then, I will get a bunch of mail all at once indicating they just didn't deliver it for days. I received forwarded mail from out of state at a faster rate than standard delivery here. Maryland Heights Post Office needs new management.

They worked quickly even though some of the machines were giving them problems. Pretty friendly, too! Only a few people were allowed inside the small room at a time but I appreciated that!

Terrible service for years. Packages never arrive, mail not delivered to right address or not delivered at all. No one is able to assist or knows anything when you call. Place is a joke. What happened to being professional and doing your job correctly?

The gentleman that works here is so patient and kind! I have always had a great experience here, and will continue to use USPS for all of my shipping needs.
