There are two employees that work at this Post Office that are very helpful. The black lady and the older white guy are always friendly. Both of them have been working here for years. Thank you both for making sure my mail and packages get where they need to be going.
The lady at the front desk was drunk lol.
Bad experience! USPS employee I didn’t get his name but he was African American was extremely rude!!!! I had questions about how many stamps my package needed and he shook his head and laughed. His customer service was a joke.
I have no real issue, but the reason for 3 stars is: FOR GOODNESS SAKE, ADD A DROP BOX FOR PRE-PAID PACKAGES!!!nThose of us who live in this wonderful neighborhood & ship out things for a living would like the same convenience afforded to those in St. Matthews and other areas.nWhat gives?
Day #2 of not being able to reach anyone at this office. USPS said they delivered my package in the mailbox...opened my box..NO package!!!! Apartment building (mailbox) no key, no package. Yesterday on hold for 40 mins...today I am going on an hour. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!
