In the past I have had a lot of problems with some of the staff at this location treating me as an inconveniences. They just weren't very nice and when it came to solving my issue it seemed more of them trying to shew me away. And it seemed a bit disorganized. But today I think they have much improved on all accounts. When my mail was delivered today without my package I went to the Anex to see where it was. It only worried me because it had happened in the past. But as soon as I walked in the woman was very friendly and did everything she could to help locate my package. She then got her manager to help locate it and they did find the driver that still had it in his car. It was a very small package so it was overlooked and I understand that sometimes things happen. I was then give an estimate of time I should be expecting it but it will be brought back. It was like a totally different building this time and with all the negative things people say about post offices lately, I felt these ones deserved a good rating. Thank you all for the customer service and friendly staff.
I used to be in and out pretty quickly.
I came here at 9:05AM expecting the doors to be opened , they weren’t. I was standing outside with this other lady for about 20 mins waiting for them to open and then they finally did. They didn’t apologize or nothing for any inconveniences. Worst customer service ever.
I had my redelivery schedule for Monday and even get confirmation on it, and yet, nothing was delivered. I tried to call them, and no one answer.
Haven’t been receiving my mail. Don’t know if there’s a delay or what but I haven’t received any mail for two months and I don’t understand it worst customer service ever they say they close at 4:30 I called today at 3:50 and they’re already closed
